SHIPPING POLICY:
We take as much care in shipping your Mostly Chocolate order as we do in importing our delicious confections. All orders ship "Regular Shipping" unless "Overnight Shipping" is requested by the customer. You can also specify the delivery date that works best for you, although we can only guarantee a specific delivery date if the overnight shipping option is selected. Shipping anywhere outside of the contiguous 48 States (ALASKA & HAWAII) requires a shipping quote from MostlyChocolate. FOR ORDERS THAT EXCEED $400.00, OR FOR HAWAII AND ALASKA, PLEASE CALL TOLL-FREE 1-877-902-6262 FOR A SHIPPING QUOTE.
APO/FPO Shipments: Shipments to an APO/FPO address must be sent via standard shipping and cannot be guaranteed to arrive by a specific date. These orders may take up to 14 business days to be delivered.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: We do not ship internationally (outside the United States) unless we have been contacted via telephone for a shipping quote. Please contact us at 1-877-902-6262 for a shipping quote.
WE SHIP ONLY ON MONDAY, TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY during the warm weather season to ensure that your order arrives safely the same week we ship.
WHEN CHOOSING A DELIVERY ADDRESS, please consider using a ship to address where someone will be available to accept the package at the time of delivery. Chocolate will melt if left at a doorstep in the sun! A business address may be a more suitable address for your delivery. If you or your gift recipient is not present at the time of delivery and damage occurs (i.e. melting or theft) as a result of delay in claiming the package, MOSTLYCHOCOLATE WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY.

We accept personal checks, money orders, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

LIQUOR FILLED CHOCOLATES
You must be at least 21 years of age to order Asbach, Verpoorten, Schladerer, Strega and all other Liquor filled chocolates.
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns on unopened merchandise unless it has been damaged during shipping. We keep our products in a cool, climate controlled warehouse to prevent exposure to heat or sunlight. We strictly adhere to this policy simply because we cannot resell returned merchandise as we have no control of the environment the products are kept in after leaving our warehouse. To return a damaged item to our company, please contact Customer Service by phone at (877) 902-6262 or by e-mail at customerservice@mostlychocolate.com. We do not refund your original shipping charges. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card.
