We take as much care in shipping your Mostly Chocolate order as we do in importing our delicious confections. All orders ship "Standard Shipping" unless "Expedited Shipping" is requested by the customer. You can also specify the delivery date that works best for you, although we can only guarantee a specific delivery date if the Expedited shipping option is selected.  FOR ORDERS THAT EXCEED $1000 WITH STANDARD SHIPPING OR $600 WITH EXPEDITED SHIPPING, PLEASE CALL TOLL-FREE 1-877-902-6262 FOR A SHIPPING QUOTE.

APO/FPO Shipments:
Shipments to an APO/FPO address must be sent via standard shipping and cannot be guaranteed to arrive by a specific date. These orders may take up to 14 business days to be delivered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: We do not ship internationally outside North America as we cannot control the integrity of the product when shipping overseas.

WE SHIP ONLY ON MONDAY, TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY during the warm weather season to ensure that your order arrives safely the same week we ship.

WHEN CHOOSING A DELIVERY ADDRESS, please consider using a ship to address where someone will be available to accept the package at the time of delivery. Chocolate will melt if left at a doorstep in the sun! A business address may be a more suitable address for your delivery. If you or your gift recipient is not present at the time of delivery and damage occurs (i.e. melting or theft) as a result of delay in claiming the package, MOSTLYCHOCOLATE WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY.

You must be at least 21 years of age to order Asbach, Verpoorten, Schladerer, Underberg and all other Liquor filled chocolates.

At MostlyChocolate, your satisfaction is very important to us! Because chocolates and cookies are perishable food items, all sales are final.  We guarantee that all orders are shipped fresh and properly packaged.  We cannot be responsible for orders returned to us due to invalid addresses or non-adherence to our shipping policies.  Once items are returned to MostlyChocolate they are no longer sellable.  MostlyChocolate does not offer refunds or returns unless the product(s) were received in damaged condition. In that case, please contact us and we will fix it.  You cannot return items that you do not like in taste or package shape. Our return policy lasts 15 days.  If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We do not accept returns on unopened merchandise unless it has been damaged during shipping. We keep our products in a cool, climate controlled warehouse to prevent exposure to heat or sunlight. We strictly adhere to this policy simply because we cannot resell returned merchandise as we have no control of the environment the products are kept in after leaving our warehouse. To return a damaged item to our company, please contact Customer Service by phone at (877) 902-6262 or by e-mail at We do not refund your original shipping charges. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card.
